Can anyone tell me who is offering GradPLUS with ZERO origination?

I don't know of anybody who is now. Wachovia said they were on their website a while ago, but I'm thinking that's a holdover from last year. Chase is charging the 3% fee -- I think they're not charging the 1% default fee, though.
