How do we handle graduate courses in AMCAS? After my B.S., I earned two master's degrees from the same place. Right now I have it all lumped together as me attending University X from 2001 to 2006 with degrees awarded as BS, MS, and MS. However, when I go to enter in course work, it won't let me choose anything higher than senior! What did ya'll do?

Thanks! 🙂

I am actually having the same problem. but I done the the submatr. in one place, but currently in a graduate program some place else.

really wish they don't lump the GPA altogether

I had the same deal, and I called AMCAS and asked them what to do. As my application was done over a year ago, I don't remember all the details, but I think I entered them as separate colleges, one graduate, and the other undergraduate and one of them was selected as "Concurrent Enrollment -- No transcript necessary" or something like that.

.....but just call them and ask. They know what you should do. The GPAs DON'T get lumped together, because the graduate courses only count toward graduate GPA.

I just listed undergrad and graduate as separate schools attended. That let me enter the courses correctly.

I listed both as transcript required. I only sent one transcript from the school since it had all the info and AMCAS figured it out.

I did the same thing last year - listed as separate schools and sent one transcript.
