GRE Additional Reports

I submitted the GRE additional score report online to 10 schools on September 21, but some schools require the scores at their desk by October 1. Does anyone know approximately how long it takes these to be sent by the ETS? It cost me $20 per test...I hope they don't take long!

I ordered mine by telephone, and I believe it said it would take 5 business days. 🙂

ETS (The company that does the GRE) only sends out the scores 2 times a month, via CD-ROM. I know this because I sent out mine end of August and when I inquired about my test scores being received, 2 schools said they didn't have them yet. I called ETS, and they told me, they are sent out at the beginning of the month and the middle (15th'ish).

Since Oct. 1 is a weekend or holiday, most schools are giving your till the 2 or 3 to get your stuff in. Not sure if the CD-ROM will be there at that time. I would call ETS and see if they are making adjustments.

Finally, believe it or not, I was able to send the schools a photocopy of my GRE test results, and they said it would suffice, even if the CD-ROM came after the deadline. I'd look into that that.
