Do you guys think its ok to use GRE reading comp books as add'l VR prep or do you think the GRE tests/asks a different type of question/content? Just wondering because I had one laying around thats specifically for reading GRE but I am hesitant to get rid of it.

Did you run out if verbal passages?
Go to your library and check out a MCAT verbal review or a book of MCAT FL and practice the verbal in those.

If anything I would do the LSAT verbal because they are made by the same company, just to forewarn you LSAT verbal is a little harder.

If you don't want to try LSAT than try the Reading Comprehension in the GRE, DAT, PCAT, OAT, etc.

No. They are made by different companies; the testing style is bound to be different. Just get your hands on more MCAT specific practice passages.
