that's a great GRE target. if you do that well on the real thing that should help balance out your cumulative GPA a little. with OT admissions being so competitive, though, having even the right stats doesn't guarantee anything but that you will be competitive enough to be considered for admission instead of automatically discarded.

anything could happen. i agree with @MOT4ME. the best way to increase your chances would be to apply to as many schools as possible. many of the people who i've seen on these boards who haven't had luck with getting in someplace limited their applications to only one city or one geographical area - being open-minded about where you may end up really increases your chances.
 
For GRE I'd put a high emphasis on doing well on the analytical writing section. Even if you write well, you can still use tweaks on test strategies to improve there.
