GRE Prep books?

Hi everyone, I am planning on taking the GRE's during the break before spring semester (about a month). Can anyone tell me what is an exceptional prepatory book for the GRE's? Also, some good/effective studying strategies (besides study your brains out) do well on the exam? Look forward to any replies... 🙂

I used the kaplan CD rom. It is excellent. I increased my overall score like 800 points in a month working about an hour/day (no kidding!). It costs like $30. It gives you a pretest and customizes lessons for you. I highly recommend it.
