So this is my second time applying, so on my VMCAS application I put my last year GRE date and this years date. I sent my VMCAS application with those two dates and just took my GRE again today. well, long story short I don't want to use the scores I got today and was going to hurry up and take it again in 2 weeks (for the new calender month), but I dont know if I can't take it again because that date wont be on on my VMCAS application. so what do you guys think?

Check with the schools (most are on their websites.) There is also a chart on the AAVMC website with all the dates. They list the last date than an applicant can take the test by, and the last date the CVM will accept the scores. Some want them taken before 10/1 and want the scores by 10/1 , other (like UPenn for example, says to take them by 11/1 and wants the scores by 12/1.) So you have time for some schools and not for others.
