My very busy FFS dental practice is looking for Associate/Partner in Great Bend, KS. New office completed in 2018. Community College in town. 1.3mm in annual collections. 3 hygienists, 1 office manager, 1 front desk, and 2 assistants.
-$200,000 starting salary
-Tuition reimbursement available if contract signed while still in school with bills to pay (5,250 per year IRS limit)
-$100,000 bonus allotted to partnership buy in
-Corporate aircraft currently available for use.
-Mentorship. I am an assistant professor at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. I currently teach 1 week a month, but would like to teach 2 weeks a month.
