Greatest Sendoffs

One of my colleagues who specializes in EMS and is a staple in our department for many years is working his last shift soon. I want to find a great way to send him off, and was wondering if others have seen great "last shift" celebrations? I could really use some innovative ideas. Thanks!

Find the "two dudes" who have caused him so many EMS transports over the years and apprehend them before the shift

In the absence of that, it would be kinda cool to have the nurses/techs/docs/other ancillary staff line the way to the ambulance bay and deliver a standing ovation
