Grouping activities questions? (Nonclinical)

So I've done a decent portion of my nonclinical volunteering at one organization through my university.

There have been several different things I've done through them:
Food drive ~20hrs, elementary school volunteer ~60hrs, and community service ~200hrs.

Now, should I list all these under the same heading? Or split them up? None are my most meaningful experiences - but not sure I should make a separate heading for a 20hr food drive.

Also, for shadowing can I list future shadowing I'll be doing?
