GSD Exact Clinic Management Software

I will be a D1 at UCLA in the Fall and need to buy a laptop. I would like to know if the functionality and efficiency of the GSD Exact clinic management software is affected by running it on a Mac or a PC. I've read all of the Mac vs. PC threads on this forum and have used both, so I really just want to hear commentary from any current users of the GSD Exact software. I have never used Bootcamp...would it be unwise to buy a Mac and run the GSD Exact software on Windows via Bootcamp?
