Gunnertraining: Warfarin
paradoxical thrombosis can be treated via fresh frozen plasma because it contains coagulation factors and vitamin k. shouldn't it be because plasma contains protein C and S, which have short half-lives? also, heparin and enoxoparins could be used as well, correct? Thanks so much in advance!

You're right. Treatment of thrombosis in these patients is not related with coagulation factors. FFP is used because it contains proteins C and S. Heparin, LMWH, vitamin K and activated protein C (Xigris - also used in sepsis) can also be used to treat it.
