I am going to Wash U MD-only. I suppose someone else was trying to help when they put my name under Wash U. But, I never applied to Wash U's MSTP although I may apply internally this year. I applied to some schools MD only and some MSTPs because I wasn't completely sure what I wanted. I am still not sure and do not want to make a commitment until I am.
