HOCM, brugada, Valve abnormality/VSD... Hard to imagine no one would have caught something with a murmur earlier though. What other heart stuff do you think could be caught on physical screen?

Agreed. I can totally understand the NFL wanting an echo for everyone, whereas you could probably slip through college ball if you remained asymptomatic.
