i am a 5th year medical student (out of a 6 year program) i.e. in my second to last year. this upcoming summer is the last summer i have available to me that i can actually get some clinical experience in, since the one after that will only be 3 weeks long before i start my internship year.
my question is a two-fold question:
1- what is better suited for me, taking an elective course or an observeship?
2- which institution or hospital do you know of (preferably in USA) that would accept me? (a visiting international student taking a summer clinical training course)
