Guide to what is expected on a LOR

I want to make things as easy as possible for my LOR writers. Anyone have any pointers to good guides on what should and shouldn't go in one?

Here's a good guideline on writing LORs. It's geared toward teachers, but the "meat and potatoes" is the same for any LOR.
