Excited about finally starting ophtho residency soon. Just wanted to ask if there was a detailed guide for note taking for patient encounters in ophtho? A resource which lists abbreviations, shortcuts, how to notate various exam findings, things to ask, and various types of notes that exist (encounter note, procedure note, etc.)?

Most programs use epic. Most people have smart phrase or dot phrase notes. You’ll get the hang of it pretty quick.
