good line diagrams and mnemonics on:-
1.Gynae & OBS.
2.ENT.
3.Dermatology.
4.Ophthalmology.

For OB/GYN, I recommned blueprints. It's a condensed version of the small hacker and moore, and many of the tables are straight from it. It's also top-notch for step 2 review.

For ophthalmo and ENT, go with lecture notes (it's a british book). It's an excellent series in general, and I would probably recommend it for derma also, but I've never used it for derma.
