Had a patient in residency with over 1,000 visits in 3 years.

Got so bad that whenever you opened his chart it would crash the system.
You guys should have stopped bothering to send out medical bills and started sending out an invoice for rent.

After I did the math I realized this person saw that ED more often than I saw my apartment during residency.

Potassium of 9.3, talking and alive dialysis patient however.

Had a K >10 this week. Our assay only goes that high. Still AOx3 and talking to us. No history of dialysis/kidney issues.

Had wide complex rhythm and it took a few amps of calcium between arrival and initiation of dialysis cuz he kept trying to die on us.
