Does anyone have an opinion on this book (Guyton & Hall Physiology Review Book- the Q&A book? I'm a huge fan of the Robbins review (question) book and thought this might be a good idea for the other heavily tested topic on step 1. Any input would be appreciated.

The quality of questions varies (25% good, 50% mediocre, 25% waste of time). Overall there's enough quality to make the book worth it for the price. So I recommend it, but with caveat: it's no robbins. Also, the explanations are generally very poor (ie, short -- sometimes one sentence long).

Also, interestingly, many questions are duplicates of kaplan's qbank physio (though kaplan's explanations are much more complete). Either the same author produced questions for both resources, or be prepared to witness sizeable intellectual theft by one of the two.
