I interviewed at George Washington in November. My confirmation email contained the following.

You will need to arrive by 7:30AM and finish around 2:15PM. When you arrive, please go to the Hospital lobby located at 900 23rd Street NW, next to the Foggy Bottom Metro station.

If you need a phone number at the Dept of Med to confirm anything, PM me with your email address, and I'll send it to you.
