I think you should take reqs for an SMP (Thesis included) and do that first. It'll not only help you improve your gpa but also prepare you for the MCAT as well and the thesis component will give you an opportunity to do research. Some SMP's require only the GRE while some will require you to get a minimum score on the MCAT. Of course, this is quite the investment so it's up to you and it'll also be at least 2 more years until you matriculate assuming you do everything right. Idk what your non-clinical hours are like either so getting some volunteering in will be important.
 
1) What is your state of residence and ethnicity?
2) Are your ECs in order?
3) Is there a trend in your GPA?
