Would somebody be able to clearly explain the difference between these three things. Thanks.

Equivalence point is when moles of acid = moles of base. Half equivalence point is 1/2 the volume needed to neutralize the acid/base you are titration. This is where we have a buffer region.

The endpoint is a little after the equivalence point. For example, when you titrate you look for a color change and see that you are done. The color changes because you have added a little bit of excess titrant solution. So when the color changes and you mark how much titrant you used. This is actually the endpoint, the equivalence point is a little before it. You want to keep the endpoint as close to the equivalence point is possible to be accurate.
