How about a fun little break from waiting for interview threads....Anybody have pictures of what they were for Halloween. I went out in Newport Beach on Saturday night and here is my costume. 😀

I went as my friend, he's kind of a gangsta, I am posing here with him! It had two bonuses...I didn't look like all the other skanks at the bar . . .AND I was warm!!

PS...don't worry if you were skanky, Halloween is the one time when you can dress slutty and it's ok! My costume last year was pretty slutty😉 - sorry guys, no pics of that!

No doubt about that. I myself don't really mind the costume as much as other people would. However, I encourage everyone to try to have respect for other people and their beliefs.

Just because there are always going to be some jerks out there who have no respect for others doesn't mean that those who do respect others have to put up with it or can't call out those who offend them. If all the nice people were simply pusillanimous, then the world would be ruled by the jerks. I, for one, can't stand jerks, especially people that could possibly be my future classmates or colleagues, and I'm not afraid to tell them what I think about their rude behavior.

And it just goes to show that you can give a guy a degree, alphabet soup after his name and call him a doctor and he's still just a jerk. Definitely not someone I want to be in the same class as and definitely not someone i would ever recommend patients to.

yeah seriously people, it's halloween and a costume....Chill out... If everyone has such a problem with people dressing up in a certain costume and such, let them stay out of the media, this way people wouldnt want to dress like them for halloween... Blame them, not some people having a little fun... I for one went as a surgeon (I know it's REALLLLLY whack cause im going to be a real doctor and wasnt my first choice of costume) but my girl looked incredible in this sponge bath betty nurse costume, so I had to get something that matched....(if someone ever sends me the pics i'll post em)... It was worth it for the "Medical" attention I got afterwards... I for one wanted to go as the burger king, but couldnt find the costume..... you THINK someone at the party wouldnt have gotten tackled, just like in the commercial.... lol..
