Goljian's recordings are from when he was teaching for Kaplan. So the Kaplan Biochem notes may be your best bet. I have never heard of someone having Hansen's notes, but I guess that doesn't mean they don't exist somewhere.

She is the author of biochemistry part and co author of genetics section!
Also the contributing author Vernon Reichenbacher is also the author of Lippincott biochemistry!
Also there is striking similarity between Kaplan pharm and Katzung review as Anthony Trevor does both!
