what kind of digital camera are you using?
Canon 20D with Tamron 28-75 Di lense.
Took this shot at ISO 1600 at 1/15 sec 2.8F. No flash...It was really dark in there.

It's not that grany compared to ISO 1600 film & point-and-shoot digital cameras. DSLR for a reason 😀
Seems like you got some steady hand for getting that kind of shot at 1/15 though...(or used a tripod???)

I spent Christmas evening swimming in my pool.
steady hand... I did buy a mini table tripod... but doesn't work. Camera is too heavy.. with my current lens.
useless without a pic.

aside from the 24-hour walgreens and cvs, what else is open on new year's day?? bored out of my mind and am looking for something to do.
