Barrons has a pretty good book if I remember right..they give you little tips to use and patterns to look for. I believe that was the name of the book and the PAT turned out to be my best section. oh, and practice, practice, PRACTICE!!...best of luck!!

What Shamrock said- PRACTICE!!! Try to take the time with a test and visualized what they are asking not worrying about what the correct answer is (while you are preparing of course.) If you have a firm understanding of what is occuring and can mentally manipulate a 3D object, you should have no problem doing well on the PAT... Try taking a test slowly thinking everything through- then when you are finished instead of just looking at the answers you got wrong- review every answer until you know for a fact why you got it wrong. Review and mental manipulation will help you not only on the PAT but with your ability to do this when you are working as a dentist.
