What is the hardest medical school class? Also, is organic chemistry grades a good predictor of how you will do in medical school?
Well if that isn't the mst subjective question ever...
😀 j/k. Truly some people have difficulty with classes others breeze through. For me, I had difficulty with learning the entire human body in mindnumbing detail for Anatomy over a four month course. At Ross, for practicals, they would take a pelvis ( that you had been working on for months) , turn it upside down, cover portions of it with cloth ( so as to hide potential clues), and attach a label to a structure, name it , or the muscle(s) it innervates, etc. Not impossible but difficult.
I personally loved physio, pharm. and path...alot of info, but it was just interesting and made sense ( to me ). Anatomy still makes me shudder.
And honestly imho orgo. is no predictor of med. school success. Just get through it. All things in med school are at least interesting, if difficult, as they all pertain to the practice of medicine. Organic, really only has practical utility if you want to go into pharm/ anesthesia research or something.
