Hardest concept on the test

To keep it legal or whatever, can some of you guys that have already taken the test post what you think was the most difficult "concept" (cough cough) you were asked about. Be as specific as you like....

Thanks a lot. Oh, and could you specify USMLE versus Comlex, please?

as per my previous post. Know the SEs of drugs. Know the spectrum of antibiotics. I fortunately guessed well! I looked up some of the answers afterwards. I also seemed to have a lot of questions about pregnant women!! This was weird. I think I seriously had 10-15 questions about pregnant women and something happening whether it is pre-eclampsia or which drugs you CANT give etc. Not too hard but kind of annoying. Also I thought the neuro on the exam was hard as balls..

I felt that after my particular exam, I should've studied just a little more physiology and not as much behavioral science. There were quite a few behavioral questions, but I bet I could've answered them without any real studying at all... that's how predictable and obvious they were
