My lowest was PAT (18).

But, at least that section is kinda fun because its like a game.

I think Bio was harder simply because there is so much info that they can toss you the most random questions. Like, "If a sea urchin has a heart attack while attempting to reproduce with a starfish, what are the odds their offspring will be deformed?"

I hate the fact that they have non-human biology on that test. Who gives a crap about an earthworm or a plant? Too much random info for bio.

lowest was PAT

GChem was the hardest. my lowest was RC.

my lowest were math and PAT

Lowest Math, but the hardest was PAT.

Everyone usually finds the PAT to be the hardest, but I thought QR was much harder. If you do enough practice, you should be fine for the PAT.

PAT - specifically, angle ranking.

Little do you know, there's a very close (but secret) connection between earthworms, plants, and the human oral cavity . . .

I thought PAT was hardest but mostly because of the sucky computer graphics. Angle ranking was a cakewalk on paper but on the screen was much harder. Same with the front-side-end for me... I had a hard time telling which pixels were dotted lines and which were solid...

My bio section was like ALL plants.. wtf? Plants don't have teeth......

I had such a hard time with QR.

I definately found the QR section to be the hardest. Its the last section of the test and by then your brain dead from bio, ochem, gchem, and pat. Also, I found myself rushing through the questions (esp the word problems) since they barely give you any time. But if you practice problems, you should be fine

lowest - PAT and math
hardest, as in had to study the most to do decent - probably the chem sections.

harder to easier

pat > math > RC > bio > gchem > ochem

cameltoe, lol nice name. I havnt taken the real DAT yet but based on practice tests, the hardest is prob gchem for me. I just hate it and have a hard time retaining all that stoichiometry crap.

Yeah, I dont know. Enlighten me.

QR was the hardest. If you give me enough time I would figure out the answer no problem but I wasn't fast enough and didn't finish the section. Plus they put it at the end of the test and at that point I was mentally drained.

people are saying QR is the toughest because they run out of time.

this is how i feel in regards to the PAT. if i was given 2 hours, i'd get almost all of em all right... but i'm only given 1, so im lucky to get half. grrrr.

For those of you who have already taken the real DAT, what did you consider was the hardest part? OR what part did you score the lowest on?

The part that you're least prepared in.

Yea I'd have to agree. You get less than a minute per question (45 ques, 40 min) and by that point ur brain is ready to quit.

For me it's going to be the biology. I've only had 2 bio classes and the amount of material is tremendous.

Im surprised at the number of people voting for math.

That stuff hasnt changed since we were in 3rd grade. 4+4 still equals 8. I think.

i can't do most word problems in under a minute... unless it's like, "tim has 4 apples and he eats 2, how many apples does tim have left?" 🙂

The hardest part for me was trying not to wet my pants waiting for the break. :scared:
