harp radiology certificate

hi this is hirde...i m international dentist...
can anyone tell me regarding the documents we need to submit to HARP...i send my detail mark of all 4 yrs,trancripts,my degree...do i need to send some radiology certificate also...is HARP give certificate to ontario dentist only or all through canada..as i live in B.C ..wanna work as dental assistant for the mean time...
