The first place I would look would be www.craigslist.com. Click on the Boston link and then start searching for housing. If you are looking for a place near the medical school, then you may want to try going through the HMS website to the Vanderbilt Hall site. You can contact the Vandy Business Office and they may be able to set up a room for you.
