Hi I am wondering if you have heard anything back from Harvard after receiving their app complete email? Or, if you have heard of any information regarding when they would start sending out interview invites?

Just hang in there guys. They will soon send out the invitations. They are preparing for the tours and the first year students to host an applicant for a night during their interview stay.
