Has anyone applied EDP and applied to osteopathic schools?

I called AMCAS and I keep getting mixed opinions as to whether this can be done. I would think since AACOMAS is a different application service, and "technically" a different type of medical school this would be possible. Has anyone tried this during their application cycle?

If AMCAS doesn't seem to know the answer it sounds like you can.
