I posted exact same thread in DAT section, but I thought people will look at more in this section. Sorry if this bothers you. 🙁

Ok, I've called DAT testing center and found out, I am NOT eligible for the refund since I applied for the test on April, 2010 and took it June, 2010. (which is fine even though I paid so much already)

Anyhow, I wanted to add couple more schools and first representative said I can just fax PDF form without charge. But then, the PDF file states that I have to mail the form and the check. Plus, there is no fax number on the file, which she said it is. So I called again and this guy just said plain and straight out "Nope you have to pay additional $50." I am really confused. 😕 I am not saying I don't want to pay for the additional score reports but I don't want to miss my chance to get refund if I can.

Also, they always ask my dentpin and social security number since either one of them do not pull up my information. Weird...

I thought that with the new system you just pay a flat fee and your DAT scores are automatically uploaded onto ADEA, from which dental schools can analyze your total app.

Why would you need to send additional score reports?

I signed up for the DAT in April as well and took the exam this weekend, so I am definitely (better be) eligible for that refund. I will be calling them this week and will let you know how it goes.

On ADA website it states that

"The fee for dental schools or other recipients not selected at the time of application is $25 per report."

I guess we still need to pay extra if we want to add more schools after registration...😡

You don't have other option here though.
