One of my top choices is an OOS school that doesn't allow you to change residency to gain IS tuition after one year. If I were to go to this school and my spouse who is a nurse gets a job there and we apply for state residency does anyone know if it would be possible of getting in state tuition then since my spouse would work full time?

It depends on the school. Some schools require you to sign an agreement with your acceptance stating that you will will pay OOS tuition for the entire length of the DMD program.

if you're married....whole new set of rules. if hubby is full, time, and you guys claim current address as full time. no brainer ... school should accept.

It depends on the state.

But, if your spouse is working and paying state taxes, then you should be paying in-state tuition rates.
