My app went in with the second batch and I haven't heard anything.

If you are using Gmail make sure to check your spam. That is where I found my LECOM e-mail (I was in the second batch and received the email July 13)

Same here. I haven't gotten anything from lecom, my app was complete and transmitted on 20th. Not even for the supplementary fee. Anyone else?

I applied to LECOM after my initial application was mailed to other schools but I believe it was mailed to them with the second batch. I received an e-mail from them on 7/13 about logging on to their portal to complete supplemental app and pay $50 fee. Now when I log in to their portal it says my app has been sent for review and they will notify me when a decision has been made.

To the first few batch applicants who haven't heard back and are worried, they had an email glitch and they fixed it this morning. Emails should be arriving today and tomorrwish. I've no doubt that some people might be missed out in the emails due to the glitch. If you haven't gotten an email by Wednesday/Thursday and your application was sent out early July, I would call the Bradenton campus and ask to be direct to an admissions officer so that they can send you another email.

They told me that they are missing my LOR's. How can they say they have everything else but not LOR's since I submitted my completed app through aadsas.

No, it's their own email system. Unrelated to AADSAS. I would try calling them if you have sent out your LORs again to them.

You can't. They'll provide the username and password for you...

Thank you! I received their e-mail about completing the supplemental 07/13 and I submitted that night. I never got a confirmation e-mail or anything though. Just the interview invite this afternoon.

July 17th... "App received" email

July 31st... Invite for interview. Also email.

KEEP YOUR HEADS UP! I just got a third invite for an August interview and when I first came onto SDN, I was SURE that, with my stats, I wouldn't hear from dental schools until after December. Take everything everyone posts on here with a grain of salt.... Haha. Especially the select posters that seem to spam the "what are my chances" threads with their "honest but harsh" thoughts.

What is the "App received" email that came after "receipt of fee" email? I only received up to the "receipt of fee" email.... 😕 Thanks!

got my first email from LECOM yesterday, did the supp and paid yesterday as well.

for everyone else who got the email weeks ago, how long did you have this status after you paid the fee, etc?

The Admissions Committee will meet to review your application every 90 days; you will be notified if there is a change in their decision at that time."

I guess this isn't great news...nor terrible?

cool. thank you for the encouragement. i noticed they have a pdf on their website asking us to send them our LORs and sign a waiver. Do we really have to do this? I applied through AADSAS and all of my LORs were included when my app was sent out to schools...

where exactly is this pdf?

yeah you are correct...this must be the case. so...has no one else received the email i got today from LECOM? (look about 4 posts above this one)
