Has anyone seen those ads for Doxiderol when they are not logged in?

I see ads for Doxiderol on this forum when I don't log in. Seems kind of weird that SDN would have those ads. Has anyone tried it? I'm going to order some and see if it helps me concentrate while studying for USMLE Step 1. Seems a little more natural than 5 Hour Energy. Probably has less toxins.
