Hey Everyone,

in new to the site. I am registered to write that DAT on Sept 29th. Has anyone that recently wrote the DAT used TopScore Pro? If so, did you find the style of question and level of difficulty similar? Any tips?

I have been using TopScore, Kaplan, my own school notes. I also printed the full length exam from the Prometric website. I am finding this exam pretty easy! Infact it seems too easy...Does anyone know if the actuall DAT and this practice one from Prometric site are similar, level of difficulty etc..???

Any help or advice would be so appreciated...Im starting to get super nervous :S

I used Top Score and I think it definitely helped. I found the reading comprehension sooo much easier on top score, but much of the rest of the exam was comparable to, if not harder than, the actual DAT. I went through all of the Top Score test sections, but the 3rd test is the only one I took fully through with proper timing, etc. I went back and reread the explanation for each answer. Although there are quite a few typos in the answers, it was still very helpful. I was not planning on using Top Score this time around - I used it last time and did mediocre on the DAT but that was certainly not Top Score's fault lol. I gave in and bought Top Score a week before my DAT and began using it then.

I used TS and Kaplan, and TS is much more realistic in terms of the screen layout.
