Has anyone tried open campus or concurrent enrollment?

Hi, I go to a local community college at Riverside and I got a question for those who tried concurrent enrollment or open campus in any of the UC campus. Do they just give you good grade for the heck of it since you are not part of their system? I am just questioning it since I got a B+ and A in Orgo I and II. The reason why I am questioning it is because I really had a hard time in intro/general chemistry at a local CC. Got an F in intro to chem, retook twice with D and finally a C. GChem I (D retook to C) and Gchem II (first try C). Are they toying with my emotion? Lol.
