Has anyone used the NBDE Mneumonics Youtube videos? Helpful? No?

I'm not spamming, I promise. I jut found these on youtube (specifically the picket fence video for dental occlusion) and found it easy to follow. I notice the guy has a bunch of other videos.

Have you guys used these videos to help you study for Boards? Would you recommend them? How did you incorporate them into your studying schedule. thanks. (exam date on 12/30)
