Has anyone's transcript been received by aadsas?

I sent mine on 6/1 and it still isn't up yet. I imagine they got a ton of them at once with all the people trying to send it in the first couple days. So maybe they're swamped trying to enter them. But that's just the story I've made up in my head.

I sent one in last Wed and it was received this Tuesday. it depends on when your school sent it. they might be holding up the process.
 
Yeah it really depends on the school. I submitted in-person transcript requests to my undergrad school and a community college on the same day. My undergrad transcript was just received a couple hours ago by AADSAS but my community college one is still not there.

do you have to e-submit your application first before received transcripts and LORs show up?
 
sent it out on 6/3, still not recieved yet
 
For those of who whose transcripts have been received by AADSAS, did you receive any type of notification such as an email? Or did you just keep checking manually?

I just kept checking and then it randomly appeared as received - but I didn't receive an email or anything like that.

Now just waiting for the GPA to be calculated. I've heard that if you get everything submitted early, the GPA gets calculated in a few days, not weeks - anyone know if that's true?
 
should i be waiting for aadsas to get my transcripts/letters before i submit? or should i just submit it now?
 
man my transcript's still not received... i called aadsas and they say to give it another day. if it's still not shown as received tomorrow i should send it again.... = =
 
So for those of you who sent out your transcripts on 6/1, have all of your transcripts been 'received' by AADSAS? Mine was sent from my school on 6/1, and my school is on east coast (not that far from the transcript processing center) but it still hasn't been received...😕
 
I sent mine out on 6/2, and it was received on 6/7... I live in Kentucky.

So... You may want to call and check on it?? Maybe your school didn't actually send it out on 6/1 even though that's when you put in for it to get sent out??

If it's any consolation JC, mine was sent by the school on 6/2 as well and it finally showed up today (even though for the date received it says yesterday, 6/8). Yours will probably show up any second now.
 
My 4-year transcript and CC transcript (which were sent last week) were received yesterday. My other CC transcript (which was sent a couple days ago) still has yet to arrive.
 
My transcripts were sent on 6/1, 6/2 and 6/3. 2 of the 3 were received today.
 
I guess some schools are just slower than others at processing transcript request/transcripts.

For one school I requested the transcript to be sent 6/2 and still has not gotten there. It says it takes them 3-5 to process, so probably a few days after that to get to AADSAS. My other school I did rush delivery but I had to mail the request. They should have gotten the request on Monday, so it should be sent out that day, and hopefully AADSAS receives it soon.

I just hope to get my transcript in and grades calculated before June 23rd so I make the first batch cut off.
 
Does it matter if LOEs are completed by the June 23rd send off date? Or does everything else just have to be done and the LOEs get sent later?

I think they will send your application even if the LOEs haven't been submitted. Once they get the LOEs, they will forward it to the schools. Though some schools won't review your application until your LOE is in, but I would not wait to submit your AADSAS application since you don't want any delays anywhere in the process.
 
Yeah, I have everything e-submitted. I just don't know when my LOE's will get done. But good to know - thanks!
 
Sent on the 1st or 2nd and received on the 8th. My LOEs have been sent, Fedex says they were received days ago, but AADSAS still haven't processed them. It may take up to a week the lady said so you may be in the same boat.

thanks guys! my status is finally updated to received on 6/8 yesterday... and mine was sent out 6/2.
So I guess there's a one week window for processing... it might get longer as it gets further into the cycle
 
Just got the email: my GPA has been officially calculated!! 😀😀
 
I submitted on 6/2 and my transcripts arrived on 6/7. Literally JUST got the email that they were posted.

SO exciting - considering I was getting on the ADEA website every 30 minutes.... lol

I'm still bummed because my transcripts aren't received yet 🙁. I sent them 6/1, but maybe it's because I'm on the west coast?
 
Probably - plus maybe your school didn't get the sent out that same day. It's just now been a week - so give it until Monday or Tuesday, maybe?

Mine didn't get posted that it was received until 6/8, but it said "Received 6/7," so... Maybe that will happen to you, too?
 
i seriously hope so! I paid an extra $10 for my school to ship it out 2 days earlier. Those lamos!!

I'm not sure if it's because they rounded or not, but my overall GPA on my transcript said I had a 3.896 [my university counted that as a 3.9]. On the official GPA calculation it was a 3.90. So... That was a nice surprise. Everything else, though, was pretty much as I expected.
 
Yes! Just got an update that one of my school's transcript arrived. I requested it to be sent 6/2 and it got to AADSAS today, 6/10. I swear some schools process the transcript much slower than others. But one of my schools' transcript still has not arrived. I had to mail my request to the registrar's office on 6/2, and they should have gotten it Monday and sent it off the same day because I did rush processing. Well as I was writing this, my friend had a good idea to see if my credit card has been charged, and I didn't see a charge so I got worried. I called the registrar's office and they sent it out 6/7. Hopefully it gets there today or Monday.
 
My school sent out my transcript out 6/9 and I requested it 6/1. I don't think I'm making the first batch =/. Doesn't it take like 4-6 weeks for AADSAS to verify your transcript? Anyone have it verified faster than 4-6 weeks?

Mine only took 3 days - 2 from the time that they actually posted that they had received my transcript.

My third transcript was received today by AADSAS. Just e-submitted today as well! Hopefully my gpa will be calculated by next week since the weekend is here =(
 
when does the first batch get sent out?
 
so your application needs to be VERIFIED before june 23rd in order to get sent out by then right?
 
I believe that's correct. And the mailing dates start June 24th and then will every Friday following if I understood an AADSAS representative correctly.

The school sent my transcript using express with a tracking number and I could see that someone at AADSAS signed for it on June 3rd and yet, even now, on my AADSAS status thing..it is still a blank under date received!!!🙁

I'm guessing that they misplaced it somehow! I hope I can still make the first batch if the school were to resend it next week!! 😕

i'm getting frustrated. Is anyone on the west coast that's had their transcript received by aadsas? I just want to make sure my school didn't eff up!😕
 
still not received, and the dat scores havent been received either. will my app not get verified until the scores get in??
 
Where exactly do I check? Maybe I'm looking under the wrong section, but under Status> Transcripts, it says: There is no transcript information available.
 
I'm pretty sure AADSAS employees do not work during the weekends, so if you checked Friday, there will not be an update until Monday (when they get back to work). They are human too and need to enjoy the weekend! My transcript was sent on Tuesday, June 7th and it was suppose to get there Friday, but it was not updated. I believe on Friday they checked their mail/marked transcripts at around 12-1 noon because that was when my other transcript was updated. After that, no updates for the rest of the day. I am guessing on Monday around noon they will update the new batch they received previously and on Monday. I hope this is the case with my transcript.
 
just checked! still haven't been received 🙁 so frustrating!!
they supposedly received it on the 3rd too! according to DHL!👎

Same.. Recieved on the 3rd according to DHL, no response yet. I sent my LOEs through snail mail and that was processed 5 days ago.
