Has UIC's Status Page Changed Again??

I know UIC's status change changed from the one that began "mod3..." and has been "mercury.comd.uic.edu/apstat." But I cannot get either page to load. Has the status page changed again?

It hasn't worked for me since last Weds.

Maybe they are having network issues.
