Michigan Resident: 1st choice MSUCOM, applying to MI MD schools as well, and a range of other DO schools

Business Major

cGPA- 3.32
sGPA- 3.46

Volunteering:
2 Different ER's= total 75 hours
Child Life Specialists - ~ 25 hours and counting
Pediatrics 10 hours

Research:
Zoology Research ~ 50 hours

I also just started a project enrolling patients in a research project and will have logged about 20 hours by the time I send in my app

Shadowing:
40+ hours of an MD in the field I want to work
I am working on finding a DO to shadow in the next month or so

Work: between 15-20 hours per week during school year
40 summers

MCAT: took on the 28th (practice averages 28-30)

I realize my app isn't very strong. Does it help that I worked through every college semester? What MCAT should I need to be pretty competitive for at least MSUCOM and other DO schools?
