I have an audtion ADT scheduled in psychiatry, but for family/personal reasons I may not be able to go in the time alotted. How would this affect my probability of matching even if I still do a phone interview?

I think you already know the answer. You'd have a month of face to face interaction wtih the program, it's residents and the program director in a setting where you'd get to see how your personality matches the personality of the department.

Or you'll have a phone call.

That doesn't mean you won't match, but that's how much it matters.
