I'm really nervous that I haven't done enough to get in, but I still have time to do more as I'm about to start my junior year.

So far I have:
- 4.0 GPA
- Been working part time in a research lab since the spring semester of my freshman year
- Research internship this summer with an immunology lab at a biomedical graduate school
- I should have about 125 hospital volunteer hours by the time I'm applying (right now I have 50)
- I'm talking to an ER doctor about starting to shadow her next month (how many shadowing hours do I need?)
- I've been moderating a political discussion group as part of a club on campus
- co-President/founder of a scientific research discussion group

When, I look at it, it seems like a lot, but I just feel like all of the premeds I know who just got into medical school have done so much more. One worked as an operation room technician for 3 years, but I just don't have the time to do the training for that. Another one I know had a 4.0 and was president of 5 major clubs on campus including 2 pre-health clubs. And yet another worked as a doula in a hospital for 2 years.

In sum: I just really don't know if this is enough, so if anyone can reassure me or tell me what more I should do, I'd really appreciate it! I haven't taken the MCAT yet, but I've started studying to take it next spring.

Moving to pre-allo

You're in good shape. Just do well on the MCAT, keep volunteering, and do some shadowing and you'll be fine.
