Damn son, killing it! This is a stellar reapplicant improvement. I think you could have been more targeted by getting more clinical exposure as opposed to more research (you have enough). If you're interacting with patients at your MGH/BWH job, then by all means you're fine.

The red flags in all honesty are the IAs, but those can't be changed so it's a moot point. Work on your interview skills too.

Thanks for the feedback, I felt like I had improved my application enough, but my advisor was leaning on pushing me to take another gap year. Cross my fingers this time!
