that even though most of the time I come to the forum I see a bunch of folks in residency issues, anesthesiology, emergency medicine, internal medicine, surgery, in that order usually.

But if you look at the most posts, its by the pathology forum hahaha.

For me, the decline in my posting came when I decided to go beyond my part-time ER Tech gig and get some edumacation toward practicing medicine myself. As a result, I've had less time to sit and read, much less post to, my favorite folder.
