After my first college degree I had a 3.0. Mostly due to the first three semesters getting less than 2.0. I then worked for 8 years and am now completing all the prereques and some extra classes. Really, I did two full years of undergrad science classes and got a 3.95 cum GPA for all those classes. What do you think of my chances if I get an average MCAT or maybe slightly higher than average MCAT ?

Lets hope that you get higher than average (since that's like a 24).
