I peaked at 18 and it's been downhill ever since.

As far as being aggressive with new procedures and devices, that started to decline 2 years after training and has continued since then.

What has not peaked is focus on safety. Every year I practice with more precautions and focus on safety. I've never had a complication but I've had scares and those make me fine tune my protocols.
